David Leathers

David Leathers is a sustainability and impact leader focused on accelerating solutions through business action. He brings deep experience in program management, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement to his work at Meteorite, where he focuses on climate and workforce health. Most recently at B Lab, the organization behind the B Corp movement, David led strategic initiatives to strengthen sustainability standards and impact measurement for almost 10,000 Certified B Corporations worldwide. Prior to B Lab, as part of the Global Purpose team at Deloitte, David helped lead engagement and measurement for World Impact—Deloitte's portfolio of climate and social impact initiatives. As a consultant at Deloitte, he supported organizations in the technology, government, and nonprofit sectors. David has also lived and worked abroad in Jordan and Egypt, and is a Climate base Fellow and New Leaders Council Fellow. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He is originally from Seattle and is now based in New York City.
